Finally finished my first sock!!
 The pattern was from Follow the Basic Top-Down Sock Pattern - For Dummies

 Sounds like it will be easy..right?  I must really be a dummy because it took a lot of help from You Tube to figure this pattern out.
 Considering how long it took me to make one sock, if it got a hole in it, it would get fixed.   I now understand why women used to fix holes in socks back in the day.
Well, got to get started on the next one, if I want to wear them this winter.
